Steve Sullivan is a father, husband, salesman, motivational speaker, golfer, and all-around great guy who lives in Columbia, South Carolina.
For nearly two decades, Steve has been afflicted with a series of life-threatening kidney problems. Doctors gave him first terminal prognosis over ten years ago! But Steve has beat the odds every time in a courageous and inspiring battle with kidney disease. In the process, he has touched hundreds of people as a fantastic motivational speaker.
The key to Steve's approach to life is to stay upbeat and see the glass as half-fill, not half-empty. Steve's health struggles have given him a deep and unique understanding of the preciousness and value of life and the need to enjoy every day. That understanding, in turn, has helped Steve live many of his dreams--and above all, simply live.
After a couple of years of very difficult health, in spring of 2006, Steve received his third kidney transplant. He has been doing remarkably well and is delighted to be able to take up again the role of being a father with his full energies.
